Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:
- Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period for cancellations, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Artist Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event that an artist needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, FG Beauty will make every effort to provide a replacement artist or reschedule the appointment at the client’s convenience.
Deposits & Payments

Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings, especially for weddings and events.
- The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to clients at the time of booking.

Payment Methods:
- FG Beauty accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

- Clients are expected to settle outstanding balances promptly following the completion of services.
